Businesses will appreciate their selection and the service. While they do take walk ins, you should know what you want when going in. Their specialty is business to business. So if you know that you need a heavy gauge mop or a case of shop towels they’re great. If you’re unsure of what you want and need some DIY advice, you may want to go to a DIY store instead of where professionals shop. They have a nice selection of Milwaukee tools as well as a full catalog which is available either online or in paper form. Fortunately for me they knew exactly what I needed. But then, I run a business.
These guys are very helpful. I had limited knowledge on the part I needed but they were experts in getting me exactly what I needed right away with a little F.Y.I. so that I could get the job done! I highly recommend anyone to go to this store. Sometimes when you are a young black male in a mostly white store, the associates are apprehensive to even ask if you need help. Its not about race to be clear, but I challenge anyone to say they have never experience a poor shopping experience and atmosphere because of it. This experience was different. In and out in minutes and welcome back anytime. I appreciate these guys for their time and effort. Thanks.
Went to Grainger this morning, 6/14/2021, between 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and neither employee could help me find the product I was looking for. I brought in samples of what I was seeking (a hard, dense foam product used for insulation) and admitted I didn't know what I was looking for (in terms of composite makeup) and the one employee snickered and chuckled at me. I called him out on his disrespectful reaction to my admission. Needless to say, these 2 men at Grainger Industrial Supplies had not a single clue what my products were made of, what to look and so on.

Real good wash. A lot of people wash their trucks and trailers there so be ready to wait 10-30 minutes outside, but service is fast and good
