Our thermostat went out on one of the hottest days of the year, and we had family coming into down the next day. We called Brian and he was able to come over that night and install a new thermostat for us that works great. He saved the day, and we'll definitely go to him again. Not only that, be he took a look at our A/C unit, saw it was dirty, and pulled out our hose and started washing it. Then he rolled up the hose neatly when he was done. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it greatly!

Air Solutions responded to our call over the long holiday weekend - when quite a few other companies did not even bother to call back. That's their FIRST gold star! Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful - explaining in layman's terms what was wrong and how he was able to make a temporary fix. SECOND gold star - not talking down to the HVAC illiterate! I used Air Solutions twice in Nov 2022 - once to service my furnace because it couldn't hold temperature (kept dropping) and once to do tune-up on 2 furnaces (duplex). Kierra assisted me in scheduling and thoroughly explained the pricing, which helped us to schedule sooner instead of waiting for it to get worse (and having to pay more) on a holiday or weekend. Our technician, Kevin, answered all of our questions and went out of his way to give us advice on our furnace. He is very knowledgeable and generous in sharing it and passionate about his job. I definitely trusted that he was doing a complete job. I will definitely use them for all future furnace needs. Scheduling, customer service, and the work itself were great all around. Thank you!

Highly recommend Brian from Air Solutions! I have a 1960's-era Trane gas-powered furnace that stopped working when I attempted to install a new Nest thermostat. The service was fast--Brian arrived within an hour and a half of the service call. Within 20 minutes of arrival, he was able to determine exactly what was wrong--my transformer and gas valve shorted out and both needed to be replaced. Despite the age of the furnace, he knew exactly what needed to be done and had the parts in his truck. He installed both parts and got the furnace working perfectly. He also made sure all of the the electrical wiring was properly connected and figured out how to get my Nest thermostat working. Brian is professional, very knowledgeable about his trade, and was a pleasure to talk to over the two hours that he worked on the repair. I'd recommend him to anyone!

I woke up around 6:00 a.m. to a freezing house the furnace was off I tried twice to restart it during the day still nothing. Around 11:00 a.m. I called Air Solutions Heating and Cooling they were able to have a technician come out at 2:00 the same day his name was Kevin. Kevin called when he was 15 minutes away and I informed him the furnace came back on about 20 minutes ago by itself he suggested he come anyway so I'm not caught in the middle of the night with it going out again. Because the furnace was working when Kevin arrived it was difficult to diagnose the problem he was patient continue to test the furnace for a couple of hours to get it to act up like it had done earlier in the day he explained everything to me every step of the way as well as checking with his superiors. He took his time diagnosing the problem finally got it fixed and told me if I had any problems the next day just to call him and he will return without a service call. Let me tell you I was so happy and satisfied Kevin was awesome no other company that I can remember that has come to my house and did anything was better than Kevin he made sure I knew that Air Solutions was there to help me in my time of need and not just ripped me off to get paid. I will recommend Air Solutions to all of my family and friends which are all owners of several homes and I recommend it to anyone else reading this review thank you Kevin thank you Air Solutions. I got a call from one of my tenants on Friday night regarding the A/C. I called Brian the next day (Saturday). Within an hour of the call, Brian was out at my duplex to assess the situation. He gave me a very honest briefing. I agreed to the repairs, and within an hour of his arrival the A/C was fixed. My tenant texted me back to confirm 1.) the repairs worked and 2.) that he was very happy to work with Brian.

The cost of the repairs were very reasonable for the situation. He gave me a bit of hindsight as far as what to expect with my situation. And his approach to talking to me was very approachable, and neighbor next door; NOT some guy trying to up-sell me.

I would recommend Brian and he will be my go-to person for any needs.

Our heat went out during a particularly cold week and on Christmas. Air Solutions actually responded on a holiday and got us on the calendar for next day service. Brian was super knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain the issues and laid out a plan/timeline of what we should do next to avoid further issues.

This company is fantastic! Brian is fast and knowledgeable and all around a nice guy! The team that answers the phone are also great!
