We have been customer of AA Heating and Refrigeration since 2012. Sadly to say their quality of service has significantly declined. There technicians are rude and very difficult to communicate with...We had the phone hung up us several times by Jim and Donovan. This company does our
annual checkups on our furnace. They recently did a check-up 4 months ago and reported everything was good and this month we are without heat going on second day because Jim the tech could not wait 5 minutes as I was in traffic trying to make the appointment. Even though I called them at 8 am on Monday, January 6th for a service appointment to get the furnace fix, in which we have been without heat all night. There is no recording when you call. The phone just rings and you have to leave a voicemail message for someone to call you back. I received a call back 1 hour later by the office manager to schedule an appointment, but should could not give me any specific time. She stated it would be later that day. It took half of my day. I received phone call by Jim, tech at 12:42pm and he stated he would be 20 to 25 minutes before he would be at my location. He actually showed up before the 20 minutes phone me and I told him I will be there in 5 to minutes and he was not willing to wait. I ask him really I have children and we have been without heat since last night and I waited mostly all day and you are at least 10 minutes early before schedule time. Jim was adamant and said yes really...I am not waiting and hung up the phone on me...I literally dropped tears because I knew we will spend another night in the cold because it was later in the day now and it would be very difficult to get anyone else to service us that day with short notice without a extra nominal fee we could not afford. We did seek other service providers with no success. We called the office manager that lead to no where. This was at least the second time we experienced the lack of empathy, respect and courtesy from the company we have been loyal customer to since 2012. The time before we waited all day for a prior scheduled appointment that lead to no show from Donovan, tech. The office manager makes nothing but excuses saying things like we eventually going out of business, they are over worked and another tech is out because of family issues etc..., but yet they are still scheduling appointments and making service calls with poor service. Needlessly to say, we are taking our business else where in search of a company who is willing to put their customers first.

I have always worked with Tom. He is kind, thorough, and good at what he does. My air conditioning never worked properly from the time it was installed. The people who installed in came out many, many times. After the warranty ran out, I call this company. They fixed it!
