Had a great experience with Kevin, my A/C wasn’t cooling and previous owner had use his services so decided to give him a call. He was able to accommodate to visit my home next day, did his diagnosis and we needed to replace the A/C. When he finished his checkup he provided me a quote and was able again to accommodate two days ahead and we now finally have cool air and commodity for my family! Great service, honest, dilligent and a very nice person! Will go to him for any other heating or cooling issues!
Kevin is the best. Furnace went out in -40 wind chills two days before Christmas. Called Andy's and Kevin was on site within two hours and had it repaired an hour after that. He quoted the price on the phone, was super professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and what he was doing to fix it. Great service.
My furnace stopped working, and since I've never had my furnace serviced before, I thought there was no better time than now. Kevin let me know on the phone how much it would cost, so there were no surprises. As it turns out, only the fuse needed to be replaced, but he still did a thorough check and maintenance of everything else. Really nice guy, great conversation, and interesting backstory behind the name of his business. I'll plan to use him again for any HVAC issues in the future!

On a cold Sunday In February, I had a sudden outage with my heating unit that resulted from a failed smart thermostat upgrade. I found Andy's online, and contacted them via website email. Their claim: response within one hour. The result: I heard from Kevin well within one hour. After discussing my situation and pricing, he arrived at my home within an hour of our phone conversation. He quickly diagnosed the problem (blown fuse at the heating unit terminal) and replaced it. He then familiarized himself with "wire saver" technology (which helps improvise a "C" wire for thermostats that aren't battery operated) and made some improvement modifications. Finally, he installed, mounted, configured, and thoroughly tested the new thermostat for heating AND cooling cycles. He did all this in a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price, all the while he was professional, respectful, efficient, and even socially engaging. Five-star ratings should be reserved for this quality of service.

He told me that due to my furnace being a Luxaire, they didn’t have the parts in, but referred my to a Luxaire dealer in the area. After listening to the issues I was having with the furnace, Kevin gave me suggestions on the possible underlying problem and I was able to clean the flame sensor myself!!! I have multiple income properties and it is safe to say I will never use anyone else again.
Kevin, who owns Andy's Heating & Cooling is an exceptional individual and has so much knowledge and skills when it comes to his business. He arrives when he says he will be there and is the most caring, trusting person I have ever met. He is an honest, hard working man and charges what other companies would charge just for walking into your house. His work is very, very good and he stands behind everything he does. I recommend Kevin and his company ahead of anyone else. You won't find a more decent, honest person and company anywhere else. He is the only one I call for all my heating and cooling problems. You will always be pleased with the work he does, the reasonable amount he charges and he really cares about all the people he does work for.
I'm glad I chose Andy's. I was tense after reading reviews on All Comfort Systems and a few others around Madison. There were positive reviews in general for Andy's competition but pretty scary reviews about price gouging and unnecessary work.
I tried asking competitors about pricing and was basically told it would cost $100 to have someone simply come out to assess and give me an estimate. Thankfully, understanding anything could be wrong with my ac, Kevin still answered my questions.
Kevin came out and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my AC. It turned out to be a minor issue that Kevin was able to fix in less then about twenty minutes. Basically clean up and reconnect some wires that were showing age.
Kevin cleaned up nice, offered good service, gave a 30 day guarantee on his work, and charged what I thought was very reasonable.
The inducer motor on our furnace went out in the evening during the recent cold snap. I called and left a message and Kevin responded in a few minutes. The next morning, he was there by 7:30, and had a new motor installed and the furnace working again within an hour. Plus he’s just a super nice guy!
Update 2:16:16 - it turned out my secondary heat exchanger was plugged. Kevin (owner) called the manufacturer, found out the part and labor were under warranty and was able to fix everything in 2 hours. Cost me $87 and I couldn't be happier. Will always call Andy's.
Kevin (owner) just spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and said when my problem occured again, take a couple notes and call him and he would help walk me through things I could do. If not I will be glad to give Kevin my business. Amazing customer service.
