My furnace wasn't firing properly this past weekend when the weather turned chilly. I contacted Brian Monday morning who was on vacation and still answered my call. Brian had his service tech, Russell at my house within an hour. Russell found a few problems with my 15 year old furnace including a heat exchanger which had reached the end of it's service life. Russell showed us exactly what he found and pointed out each individual issue with the heat exchanger. Brian called me later that afternoon while returning from vacation and discussed my options. I was in need of a new furnace and Brian explained the various manufacturers and cost associated with each. He walked me through everything and was here the next day with Russell installing my new furnace. The price was great and the craftsmanship second to none! Russell was here until almost 7PM ensuring everything was running perfect and left my furnace room cleaner than he found it. I was so impressed with these guys! Amazing customer service, great pricing, and explains every detail to ensure you understand the problem. Thanks Russell and Brian!

Called Brian at 7:30pm when my AC went out. He was here within the hour. I had been having issues with my drain, but flushing it didn't fix the problem this time. He showed up and had it working in less than 30min. He also figured out the ongoing issue we had been having and it was not what we thought. Then, he charged us less than what another company wanted to charge just to show up. Excellent work and will always call him from now on. Highly recommend Pro Mechanical Inc!!!

Top notch, had an issue with my central air that another company couldn't figure out. Brian showed up on time and within 20min had my problem diagnosed and hour later fixed! Very happy with price and service this is my hvac guy
