AVS Heating and Cooling Co sent a technician this morning to check my old furnace. He checked everything, took his time and was thorough. He discovered that the furnace ignition control was malfunctioning causing no heat to be transmitted. The resistance heating element which he showed me and looked like an element in a lighting bulb was the cause of the problem. He replaced it and to my surprise the problem that I have had for years was solved in matter of minutes. All is good now. The technician was nice, polite, friendly and an all round honest guy.

Wonderful technicians! Tom and a colleague were so thorough and were easy to talk to. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and more. They also made the process of fixing part of our AC easy and comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured or worried at any point while they were working on our AC. Spectacular service!!

I came home at night and found house freezing. I called AVS late in the night and to my surprise the phone was answered. They were able to come out early the next morning and quickly repair the issue. The cost was reasonable and there was no extra charge for minor services that he provided. I was greatly impressed of how quickly the issue was resolved. I will definitely call them again for any future heating or cooling issues! Thumbs up!!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received today. Very friendly service technician, explained the problem and what needed to be fixed as well as gave us the information we needed to understand what happened and the reasons for fixing. They were very prompt with responding to our call and had a technician to us the same day which is much appreciated in the cold winter.
