We purchased a new furnace in 2016 it's only been 2 and a 1/2 years and our thermostat has gone blank They tried to charge me a $171 for a new thermostat because I didn't sign up for their yearly maintenance they say I don't have a warranty, well I think a thermostat should last longer than 3 years, would never recommend them to anyone
