Precision Heating, Cooling, and Electrical

I literally had NO heat! I called this company they were out the next morning and within the week they were at my home installing my new unit, I cant say enough about the crew as well such nice guys and explained everything to me about how the new system works right down to the new thermostat. A great company, so glad I found out about them.

From the initial visit to provide an estimate (thanks Paul) to the day of installation of a new system, this business was professional, courteous, prompt, and gave personal service! The owner, Paul, was accessible and remained in close contact with us throughout the process! Thank you Stevie, Jeremy, Austin! These men did an amazing job and were so respectful as they moved throughout the house!

After having a heat pump installed at our business and having a repair done at or house, we refuse to work with any HVAC company other than Precision. They are a great reminder that amazing customer service and respect still exists. Again, they have earned our business for a lifetime!

My air conditioning froze up on Monday and I called Precsion Heating, Cooling and Electrical on Tuesday. I spoke with Scott, whom was very polite and considerate. He and Lee-Lee made it that afternoon. I can not brag enough on them. Extremely knowledgeable and caring. I'm a single mom with teenagers, they could have told me anything. Their type of honesty and hard work is hard to find these days. Paul even called early this morning to check in on us. You just don't find this personal touch anymore. My family and I will only USE and HIGHLY recommend Precision Heating, Cooling and Electrical! Great group of really good people!!! Thank you so much!!

Upon inspection of my furnace the tech noticed that the high limit switch was broken and had been bypassed by the previous company (High Standards) that serviced my unit. He explained its vital safety function and that it should have never been bypassed. Thank you, Precision Heating, Cooling and Electrical, for keeping my family safe.

The very best commercial service company there is. We called them for a problem we were having at one of our stores. Not only did they show up fast, but they guys were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We will never use anyone else. Keep up the great work Precision

Awesome turnaround. No matter how busy they appear to be, have been able to fit me in everytime. 1st time, had a GFCI burn up, kicking the breaker on my wi-fi. Work from home, dead in the water, had me up and running in 2 hours. Saved me a day's pay.

2nd time (just last week during the cold spell), had a heat pump blow a capacitor, that fried the circuit board, burnt wiring, and fried the indoor fan. Unbeknownst to me, unit was installed by a competitor, but Precision told me I was still covered under their warranty. Most companies would not inform you of that, go ahead, and charge you full price to fix. Not Precision and Paul. Told me to contact the original installer, and after a one day delay, the original installer came and replaced under the original warranty (minus labor). Precision saved me from $1500 (repair) to $4500 (new unit). And didn't even charge me a service call!

Doesn't get any better than that (especially in this day and time). The boys at Precision saved me thousands, and I had heat in the nick of time. Highly recommend!
