We have a tankless hot water heater that was apparently not installed correctly and is not a very great model. It took me awhile to find a company that would even come out and look at it. West Sound Comfort Systems are the only ones to agree to look at the system, repair it, and come back every year for maintenance. They’ll be who I use when I need to actually replace this system.
