Paul's Custom Heating & A/C INC.

We wanted to stay local to have our heat pump repaired, called Paul's Customer Heating and A/C Inc, because of a cancellation he was able to come to our house the same day. Very professional, very knowledgeable, knew exactly what was wrong, and had it fixed immediately. We appreciated that he did not try to sell us anything we did not need. Service and prices were great, we would highly recommend this business to anyone, and Paul was a pleasure to work with, and if the need arises, we would call again, without hesitation.

Paul and Bill are true masters in their trade. So far my experience with them has been outstanding. I bought a new home built in 2018 from a questionable builder. The central heating and air system was piecemealed together. I called Paul’s custom heating and air to come out and figure out why the system was not functioning. Bill came out and quickly assessed the system and worked his way through the air handler and heat pump finding that the compressor was completely seized. He then explained how this should not happen given the system is so knew and he suspects poor craftsmanship and that components are usually not mismatched like this. I truly appreciated the insight and honesty. I will do more business with them in the future.

Paul came out to fix my AC the same day I called. He was professional, kind and well priced. He let me know his fee up front and had the part on his truck which saved a lot of time and money not needing to drive 45 min to get parts. Very happy with his service.

I needed someone to check for a gas leak that PSE said I had. The technician was great and have no issues with the work that was done. What I do have issues with was the lack of communication and transparency. I was told it would be $195 for them to come out and check it, no problem with this, it is what it is. What I did have issues with what the extra $129 charge. It seems that there is a charge on top of the $195 for every half an hour they are here which I was not told about. When the technician could not find a leak after a thorough investigation, he cleaned up and called in. The person on the other end of the phone realized it was only a 10 to 15 minutes visit, so all of a sudden under the house needed to be checked out, although it was obvious from the PSE person where the leak was located. To me it appeared "the boss" wanted to add the extra charge. The technician came from Graham which is about 45 minutes from my house which still left about 15 minutes It seemed like the person on the other end of the line wanted to pad my bill. Let me make this clear, I was charged $334 and there were NO repairs whatsoever done. I believe this should have been covered by the $195. I paid the amount but felt taken advantage of. I am a widow who had a husband who could have checked this out but I had no clue that I could have checked for a leak with soapy water. This company was referred to me by another company. I will not be using them again as I have to be able to trust companies I work with and due to their lack of transparency I cannot.

I bought my house and we knew we wanted A/C put in. We called Paul. Him and this staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He came out to my house and gave me a couple different options on what would be best for us. His staff communicated very well and prices were amazing. Paul himself came out and worked on my house. He didn't just have his employees working. Lead from the front and he did. I can not thank PCH enough and I will recommend them to everyone.

Where do I begin? These guys came in to install an A/C unit in our new home, and they knocked it out of the park. We were even lucky enough to have the work done by a great crew and the owner himself. Paul, Bill, and John were onsite on time as scheduled, and they all worked hard all day long to get the job completed. The second day was only a little bit of electrical and touch up work to be done. From the time we contacted them for work, Brittany was a great help and kept the ball rolling. We even had to put a temporary halt on the plans because our first baby was born a month early. They were so understanding and she told us they would be there to do the work when WE were ready, no rush. And they did just that. They took all of the pressure and stress out of the entire process.

With my job, I know the importance of making a customer feel comfortable with your presence in their home. I mean, these are strangers that we entrust to do work on and around our home, our family, and what is essentially our entire life's being. These guys, by far, accomplished that to the fullest. Even with my wife and 4 week old newborn baby in the home, there was never a question in my mind of their compassion, honesty, integrity, and incomparable work ethic. They made her and I feel comfortable, and felt as if they were long time friend's and family. The work they did on our house was clean, and very well done. I have no doubts in the safety of my family with this new unit that they installed. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. They were so considerate, they pre-warned us to when they were going to be making excessive noise, so that they didn't disturb the baby.

I could go on and on about Paul's Custom Heating and the quality of service they provided, but you will have to experience for yourself to know just what I mean. These guys are, by far, the best in the business and best choice anyone can make to do work for them. I would recommend them a thousand times over. Thank you PCH. You're the best.

Paul's Custom Heating is always my first and last call for HVAC. Whether it is work at my personal residence, rentals, or businesses, they are always quick to respond, give sound advice, and thorough workmanship. I wouldn't trust my heating and cooling needs to anyone else. These guys really care. My only regret is not posting a review sooner. Special thanks to Bill who once again is responsible for keeping the heat on.

Our heat pump wasn't working and we called this company. We were very happy with their service. They were prompt, friendly and found the problem quickly. There were two parts needing to be replaced and they had both stocked in their van (that's rare, especially for a 25 year old heat pump). It's running perfectly and we will definitely use them again should we have another heating issue.

Paul and his crew are second to none when it comes to doing new or retrofit installs and I can't recommend them enough. They did a fairly large install for me and had nothing but the most knowledgeable guys on the job. Everyone was very professional and attention to detail was beyond what I expected. Best in the PNW.

I highly recommend Paul! He is very friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. We called him when we had some issues with the duct work in the house we recently bought and he came out the next day and get it all fixed up.
