I hired them to replace my heating and air conditioning system. They provided me with a quote, which was very reasonable, and they were able to install it in one day! The technician was very friendly and explained everything he was doing as he worked on the system. He even offered to check out other parts of my house if I had any questions. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company!

They took care of me when my old AC broke down and it was hard for me to find someone reliable. The owner was super friendly and even helped me set up the appointment online, which was great because I didn't have to wait in line at a store. When they came out, they were super nice and friendly as well! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called and they said they had a special going for service $49 or $199 for just a service call.They didn't tell me that it was a yearly membership fee I found out when I got an email. I set up a service call for 10am and nobody showed up so I called at 11:30 and they said the technician declined the call because they don't have a ladder long enough but the part that makes me mad is that they didn't call and let me know they aren't coming.

The techs provided a quick and precise installation of my new AC system. They had a few challenges on the install and responded to the issues by discovering the right solution. I am speechless. It is refreshing to see a company place priority and dedicated to customer satisfaction!!

Last week our old furnace stopped working and we were completely without heat. I called Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling and they accommodated us into their tight schedule .They were completely polite, thorough and responsible. The technician knew exactly the reason why our furnace had broken down and after a replacing the parts our furnace was working super fine. They cleaned up after they had finished their job and their work was amazing. Their prices were reasonably as compared to other competitors. Their services were fantastic.

When out AC unit broke down, Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling team was prompt to respond, answered all questions and gave us a very reasonable quote compared to other companies we reached out too. They came on time and replaced the AC unit fast. Final cost was the same as the quote we received. Couldn't be happier!!
