This company is a joke! After setting up two different appointments, they never showed up nor had the customer service to even call and tell us. We had to call them. They would not let me talk to a manger because he was too busy. Highly recommend not hiring this company!!!

Scott was amazing! He was super professional and spent quality time explaining everything he was doing! The onsite tech came within one day of calling and I am so thankful for their integrity with their work! I hope we get the same technician in the spring for our AC service.

I was introduced to Harry through a mutual acquaintance in the HVAC field and we spoke briefly on the phone while I was out on a job site. He was able to show up early and handle my furnace problem without me even being home, we even handled the bill over the phone. Roy Heating And Cooling two technicians that came out to my house. They answered all of my questions and then when I showed up near the end they went through everything with me again and showed me everything that they did. They were not in a hurry and took the time to go over everything with me and answer all of my questions which I had a lot of. Well worth the expense, which was a value comparatively. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
