WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Employee came out to fix our ac and it worked for 2 days and invoiced us $134 then broke again and LEAKED into our living room. Called the company back and the dispatcher is someone will call us back. Never did. Called twice again the next day. Never called back. My husband ended up trying to fix it and it worked temporarily then broke again. Called them a 4th time and owner called me back. He said he had NO RECORD of our invoice. I had the invoice in my hand, read it to him, he then told me it was probably one of his employees fraudulently charging us and that there was nothing he could do. Told him i was going to write a bad review and call the BBB and he said “go right ahead” DO NOT USE THEM

Great, efficient service - Kenny took the time to explain what was wrong to me and fixed it efficiently. He is personable and professional. I recommend this business!

They did an excellent job running a gas line for our new outdoor kitchen. The work was done on time and with great quality. Will definitely use him again. Have recommended him to two others and they both were also pleased with his work servicing their HVAC systems!

Sadly, when I called them this year for my yearly check up I never got a response. I actually called 3 different times over 2 weeks, had to leave a message with the call center and never got a call back. So, I called Smith and Keene, got a person to answer the phone and a lovely, professional technician the very next day.

I was having an issue with my AC drain pipe. They were out the same day. Technician was very knowledgeable and offered a few things to have my ac working better. Prior to doing any work he showed me pictures of my unit and what was going on. He was extremely professional,friendly, and knowledgeable. I will utilize them for any future work as well.

Mr. Sterling gave me a great price on service work on an old furnace we had at our business, he was able to come out very quickly to our location & find the problem. Kenny is a friendly and knowledgeable technician. I am having a mountain of issues with my hone warranty company (Choice Home Warranty). They are refusing to cover repairs to my 16 year old gas package unit and he is doing everything possible to help me get my claim approved. I could not be more grateful

The home we recently purchased has an addition that was not being properly cooled. After some recommendations from a friend and our contractor, we decided a mini-split system was the best solution to manage the problem. K T Sterling (Kenny ) at KT Mechanical had recently consulted on a different, unrelated job, but we didn't end up using his services. He came highly recommended, so again I contacted him before 7am one day to get an estimate. To my surprise and satisfaction, I got an immediate response. Kenny came out the SAME DAY to provide an estimate for the system. He was thorough and identified another potential issue while walking the house. I wasn't at home so he sent me pictures of the problem as well as the options for the mini-split system. Guess I'm still considered a millennial, and I like immediate feedback.. so sending me pictures to review while I was at work was great. We decided to move forward and arranged a date for install. His guys arrived on time, looked neat and professional in appearance, were courteous and worked hard. Clearly, a strong work ethic is required to be employed with KT -- I don't think I saw these guys take a break until they left for lunch. They weren't gone more than hour and were right back at it. I can appreciate the hustle. At the end of the day, one of the technicians went over the warranty information and how to operate the system.

The next day, Kenny followed up with me to answer any questions I had and to ensure everything went as I had expected. A quick (certainly not extensive) Google search, confirmed that KT's prices were indeed fair and reasonable. Included in my purchase was 24 hour maintenance service and no additional fees for after hours calls - certainly worth it. <--- that's how you run a business!

They will definitely be my go to company for HVAC needs moving forward. Thoroughly impressed.

Amazing crew. They worked hard and cleaned up everything when they were done. They made sure everything was in proper working order. They were patient with my kids and even let them “help” which made my kids feel like they were part of the team! The work was done quickly but professionally. Thank you!!!
