Indoor Air Quality Medics Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a very positive experience with IAQ Medics from the start. First contact for estimate, Darnell was great. Answered all questions, polite and obviously knows his job well. Once we accepted offer, they were quick to schedule a week out at our request. Today, Brandon and Patrick arrived on time and got right to work. Very polite, professional and hard workers. We now have a brand new 3 ton unit and a 10 year
P & L Warranty and we couldn't be happier. The owner and staff are awesome to work with. Highly recommend and will use again in future.

Lincoln was very polite and professional. He put on the blue booties so as not to track dirt into the house. He was efficient and kept us updated as the progress of his check up. Thankfully all is working just fine, the bi yearly check ups are worth the money. He also let me know that there is a hornets nest near one of our outside units, which is truly appreciated since my husband got stung many times from a nest in the front just days before. IAQ always contacts us prior to our appointment so we can put up our dogs. If they are not going to make the window of our appointment time they always call to let us know, usually 1/2 hour into the window. I recommend them, we had our entire first floor redone with duct work and a new system and it was definitly worth the money in these hot summer days.

Derrick M came within the specified time frame as promised. Was very thorough with my heat pump and water heater inspection. Answered any questions I had and informed me of current problems to be on the look out for. He's a very good technician.

Our experience with IAQ has always been positive. Today our AC was not working and we placed a call mid morning. Their tech Brit was dispatched to our call. He was professional, knowledgeable and had the AC fixed in no time. Another positive and successful experience with IAQ. I would recommend to anyone.

They were simply amazing from the initial point of contact to the installation for my new ac unit and coils for furnace. I had the pleasure of working with Darnell, Jonathan, and Ron. All three are the epitome of what makes a successful business. They were professional, patient, friendly, and most importantly, did an amazing job with their service and installation. Extremely impressed with service. Felix Trejo was the best HVAC technician I have ever worked with! If you want to have a better understanding of how to improve you heating/cooling systems, ask for him. He will get your system operating at optimum level.

The team has been very friendly and professional, from the sales end to the crew that did the installation today. They were able to come very quickly, came on time, and completed the install of a new high-efficiency dual fuel HVAC system and hot water heater in one day. We think they did a very good job.

IAQ Medics installed a new AC unit for us 4 years ago. They knew exactly which unit we needed with the size of the area. Then we have been doing the Fall and Spring system inspections every year with them. Making an appointment is easy and the tech always comes exactly when they schedule your appointment. Everyone from the owner of the company to the techs to the office staff are friendly and professional. And the yearly cost is half of what out home warranty company advertises to do the inspection. Definitely would recommend this business. 👌

This is my 2nd or 3rd time using IAQ Medics. I contacted them early on a Saturday morning fully expecting that I'd have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get service. To my surprise they texted me immediately and sent out a technician same day. The whole service took less than 30 minutes including hard wiring the thermostat so that I don't have to think about batteries again.
I will definitely use IAQ Medics again in the future.
