Legum's Heating & Cooling

I want to thank them for giving my system too much Freon, tripping the compressor fail safe thus causing my A/C not to work when they were supposed to be fixing it by adding Freon. I had to bring another company out to drain the Freon to get my AC working again. Aside from Legums charging exorbitant $ for coolant, this situation made me realize the pointlessness of keeping a home warranty so I immediately canceled it. thank you for saving me from my home warranty Legums!

This company was assigned by American Home Shield to come out and diagnose the issue with the heating system. Company said the problem was a wire that had been chewed by a rodent and would be $1900 to fix. The home warranty company would not cover it due to pest damage.

I paid another company to give me a second opinion and it was not the wire at all! It had a problem with the blower, fuse, and thermostat. Luckily, the other company also did work for American Home Shield so I was able to get it covered by them. I would NEVER use Legum's Heating and Cooling again! They obviously don't care or have the knowledge to diagnose problems correctly!

Got this company through my home warranty company. Got a call the day after i put in the request and they came out the same day. Danny is amazing, professional and patient. The gas furnace cut off again while he was still here and he stayed until he was sure it was fixed. Great job!

Their service technician Steve just left my house and I can say in the 20 years I've owned my house he was the best technician ever in anything that I've had repaired or fixed. He was thorough, honest, knowledgeable and actually cared about the customer and took pride in his work. I'm going to give them a minimum of six stars and I was thoroughly impressed and pleased. Will absolutely recommend!

The receptionist on the phone was very professional. She gave me a same day appointment window of 11:00 and 3:00. The technician, Steve, was there by 11:15. He was also very professional and pleasant. He found the problem quickly and fixed my A/C within 20 minutes. I am elated. I have used home warranty service providers for years, and this company was by far the most prompt. I would definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I know there’s mixed reviews, but i used them through my home warranty and these guys came out and fixed my AC the same day. I have never had that through my home warranty before. Usually with AC’s there’s a 3-4 day wait. I was shocked when i got a call in the morning saying they would be out that same day. Very appreciative especially when it’s blazing hot outside.

I've dealt with several other HVAC companies in the past and never really been satisfied. Techs were late and it took weeks to fix our problem. Not with this company. The tech was prompt and gave us a heads up when he was on the way. Steve almost immediately found the problem and solved it. AND, it was a difficult problem that required delicate precision. He even taught me a few tricks on how to keep my system running more efficiently to save money on power bills. DEFINITELY recommend this company. Good, honest people.

We have been dealing with Legums Heating & Cooling for over 10 years. Our experience
has been very satisfactory. The receptionists have always been courteous and caring.
They listen and take in consideration of our issues and circumstances. Every service call,
the technicians arrived on schedule and were very professional and explain the problem
and what they did to resolve it.
Our last service call was 5/16/19 and Stacie was very professional and caring about our
urgent situation. We were scheduled for the next day, but she saw a way to work us in on that
day. Technician, John arrived and took care of the problem. Very courteous and efficient.

Wonderful & quick service! We've been assigned to this company through our home warranty and each time we've worked with Jeff from Legum's. He has arrived early for each visit, diagnosed the problem and has been very informative. I can't thank them enough for their quick tespores on these hot days and on such short notice!!
