I purchased an inline humidifier from VSC Geothermal in Virginia Beach, who also installed it in my home. The humidifier unit is still under parts warranty from VSC. The unit has developed a number of serious problems and needs to be repaired soon as my hardwood floors are beginning to split. Also, the warranty period is nearly over. I have contacted the company by phone at least 10 times over the past year regarding the humidifier problems. To date, none of my calls have been returned. When I eventually got through to one of the company’s technicians (Mike Battelle), he hung up on me even though I tried to be polite. It is clear that VSC company does not intend to honor its written warranty. How can a company with this kind of customer service stay in business? Caveat emptor.

Very disappointed. We paid ($3800) for a well in May 2014. Well is now, Aug 2015, dry. It took 3 over three months to even get the well drilled in Aug 2014. We were promised good water - got a shallow well instead. We had to call repeatedly for service. Mike Batelle only called back once in a year. He sent someone out to see that the well had poor pressure - didn't do anything. No water now and it's out of warranty. Don't throw your money away on this company.
