I absolutely love this company! Punctual, friendly, and informative. Of course, GREAT at what they do! They don’t rush through your home, they take their time. If you do not understand a process, Henry breaks it down for you. Beyond excellent communication skills they go above and beyond! Henry and his team kept me up-to-date on what they were doing the entire appointment. I cannot forget the thorough walkthrough after the job was completed. Lastly, the sanitization process at the end! Simply chef’s kiss! My family and I are 100% satisfied with this job. Yes, we will be using this company again! 10/10 I would recommend! My home is healthier and happier! We truly appreciate this company!

Fantastic work. They cleaned out everything and got rid of so many things that were in my HVAC air ducts (vents). Found actual pennies from the previous owner! They explained what filters I needed and exactly where to put them as well. As a new homeowner, I couldn't have asked for better people to work with !

We woke up on Christmas Eve to no heat during a severe cold snap - I could not get our heat to stay on. I did a search for local heating repair, and this was the first result to come up. They had great reviews, so I decided to give them a call. The owner answered my call, and assured me that they’d be able to come by that day, which they did. They worked that night, and also Christmas morning to get our heat working again. They are professional, reliable, friendly, very fair, and are great at explaining to someone who is not knowledgeable about heating and HVAC systems exactly what they’re doing and why they are doing it. I could not more highly recommend a company.

Henri is great. I cannot recommend him enough!! He has saved me do many times. He does impeccable work and can figure things out that other HVAC contractors can’t. He also does great remodeling work and house hold maintenance. He remodeled my bathrooms and they are beautiful. He is honest, nice, smart and fair!!!!

My heat pump had an intermittent problem that could not readily be diagnosed. Henry spent extra time and care using his professional certification, factory training, and above all his solid intuition to diagnose and fix an intermittent sensor failure. Henry was also able to correct quite a few ductwork inconsistencies for more efficiency. Thank you Henry.

Henry moved my AC unit when I had a new patio installed that required new lines to be installed from the unit to the house. He was quick to respond and very professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and staying within code. I highly recommend him and HL & S HVAC and will be using him in the future for my maintenance needs and any heating/cooling issues I may run into.
