Tidewater Plumbing and Heating were not only quick on the scene but very honest, communicative, and polite during the process. Their pricing was considerably less than any other competitor. Even after a completely honest, "totally-not-a-big-deal-at-all" mistake that lead to a damaged Keurig machine, our installer insisted that he pay out of pocket for a new one. What a great guy! Should we have any HVAC issues in the future, we know who to call.”

These gentlemen are the best around hands down. They have come to my home and gone above and beyond to fix the problems caused by another company. They came at odd hours and in the rain and never complained or lost the smiles on their faces. This company has fantastic customer service, are incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, and are reasonably priced.

We had another plumber company to come out and do some simple plumbing repairs and they flaked out on us. We than called a few different companies to come out and no one could for 2 to 3 days, however when we called Tidewater they came out within less than a hour and did a great Job I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIDEWATER THEY ARE GREAT!

Had to install a new ac unit, Bill came checked my old unit and replaced it in one day. His price was the lowest i came across, great team, definitely recommend. I will be telling everyone about them.

Conversation:

Me: "Hello, I just had a quick question. I have galvanized steel pipes in use for the drainage lines in my crawlspace and I was wondering if you installed replacement piping on that."

Tidewater Plumbing and Heating: "No, can't get to that now."

Me, after a second: "It's not an emergency. I was just looking to get an estimate and see what the cost would be..."

Tidewater Plumbing and Heating: (interrupts me sarcastically) "Yeah, okay sir..."

Me: *long pause* (in disbelief)

Me: *Hangs up*

Here's the thing: if you can't treat potential customers with a basic level of respect, don't pick up the phone in the first place.

Tidewater heating and Plumbing did a great job, they responded and corrected the problem. They have done work for me before including installing central air. I think they are the best!

I highly recomend this plummer. I searched the internet to find a plummer licensed to work with gas and found Bill Martin. I have a rental in Norfolk and don't even live in the state. My heater was very old. Bill could have told me anything but instead, he fixed it in one trip. The price was very reasonable. i am happy. My tenant is happy and I will definately use him again.
