We were having moisture problems in our rental and the owner of this company gave over and sought out an ongoing issue that we’d been chasing down for two years! He came in, checked out the ventilation, duct work and even personally checked the crawl space under the house. In the end he replaced all the duct work and vents after diagnosing the problem on the first try. His team was quick, professional and informative to my wife and myself. For all your air related problems, including moisture and ventilation please use this company!

I contacted Checkmark to install a new indoor/outdoor unit as mine was old and decrepit. Not only where they on time (actually a little early), they were clean, nice, and very professional. There was absolutely no mess when they were done. I would definitely recommend calling them!

Alanna at the home office called back within minutes on a 93 degree day and it turned out their service team had just finished a job close to me. Same day service and though I believed it was a freon issue, turned out to be something else. Jared got my unit running quickly, was professional and very courteous. Just have to shout out my praise for Checkmark Air Specialists and the utmost courtesy and immediate response I receive whenever I need their help...they put in a new Maytag propane unit for me this past February and I have been pleased with the new unit and most especially the outstanding service ...if you are in need of such services, please folks give them the opportunity to serve you , as they do me for such needs...you won't be disappointed!!!
