We can't say enough about Jim and the staff at Henderson Heat & Air! We started using them earlier this year when our heating system needed repair. We had never used them before and they were very responsive, professional and fairly priced. Jim always takes the time to explain how things work. We always receive a phone call letting us know when they are on the way. We recently had no A/C and Jim and his crew installed a new heat pump for us. Once the problem was determined and we knew we would be without A/C for several days, Jim immediately sent an employee over to set up a complimentary portable unit which would at least give us some relief while we waited for the heat pump install - now that is top notch customer service! We highly recommend Henderson Heat & Air!

Unlike a bigger company in the area, that has the audacity to hang up on customers, Henderson takes the time answer your questions. Chris was AMAZING!! He answered my questions and even educated us on our system. And the cost for repairs were cheaper than the "bigger " company's.

Great service! The technician was very knowledgeable. He did a great job getting my heat back on.

I do not recommend this so called company at all they're very responsible and very inconsiderate to their customer Waited all day long no show no phone call word of mouth goes a long ways
