Walter was awesome! We woke up Christmas Eve with no heat. Our house was 41 degrees. He called us back right away and came that same day. He was professional and more than fair pricing , especially since it was a holiday. Would definitely recommend!

Walter was great - he helped me resolve a plumbing emergency on a rental unit while I was 500 miles away dealing with another emergency. He was on time to an after hours call, side parts weren’t immediately available he worked with my tenant to figure out a schedule to resolve that worked for her, regularly communicated status with me on the repair over several days, resolved the issue to my satisfaction, and was reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend Walter and will definitely be looking to him for future needs.

Walter and his team went over and above any HVAV service. They refurbished our old system, making it work much more efficiently, all the while being courteous, polite and helpful. They came back to do touch ups to the area they worked on and basically redecorated most of our hallway for free while they did it! Every single person on the team was professional and considerate. We often contact Walter for help and advice on all household matters since then and he is always responsive and patient. We consider him a good friend and an exceptional professional.

I had one of my AC systems go out, in 90 degree weather. I know it would be tough finding someone quickly as everyone would be very busy. I called 4 places, 3 I left messages but Walter answered his cell. He said he would have someone come by the next day, but he called later and said he someone in the area and at least took a look that day. They came out and looked, dirty compressor and possible leak.

They came out the next day and cleaned the compressor and coil. It was getting late, dark, so they said they would be out the next morning to check the Freon. They showed up on time and had to charge the system.

The coil is very rusty they feel has a small leak. Walter called the manufacture and the coil is on a three month back order. Walters team did what they could to hopefully get us by. So far it is still working a week and and half later, fingers crossed.

I would recommend working with Walters HVAC as they are responsive and professional and also have great communications.

(Update, I have to laugh, Today I just finally received a callback from one of the companies I left message for, +1 week later and still have not heard from another)

We noticed our Heating system was not working properly in the middle of a very cold week. Walter was referred to me by another contractor I contacted. I was amazed of how much time he took the time to explain what's going on with the system to me. When he diagnosed the source of the issue, he gave us the option of repairing the current system or replacing it without any pressure. We went for the replacement option as our system was out of warranty (over 11 years old) and the cost of replacement was so competitive, we didn't even get a second quote. I highly recommend Walter. He knows what he's doing!

Walter HVAC Services is fast and trustworthy. Walter installed my mother's hot water heater and she was extremely pleased with his service. Later she had an issue with her shower curtain bar falling down and reached out to Walter. He came the next day with a new shower curtain bar and installed it that day. She was very thankful. Walter puts his customers first and always makes time for them.

Good company & good people. The tech came the same day & found the problem with my air conditioner. He fixed the capacitor & showed me how to flush the drain quickly & at a reasonable price. I was grateful for the help because I would have had a miserable August night without their quality service. 10/10 would recommend this locally owned & operated business.
