North Star Heating & Air Conditioning

We upgraded our furnace and A/C with NorthStar 5 years ago. We got a great deal, and easy financing.
Not only did they do a great job with the upgrade, they also added a warm air return vent in our basement for us.
I love that I get a call every spring and fall for a tune up on our system, that was included in the price of the units they installed. Them calling me to schedule the tune up is so great, and is one less thing I have to worry about, and knowing that is free adds great peace of mind.
Every time they come for the tune up, they are always on time, professional, friendly, efficient and clean.
We are so glad we went with NorthStar and would highly recommend them for any service.

Anthony Chavez was great to work with, he arrived quickly on the same day we called. He completed the work quickly and our heater is now back up and running! Very fair pricing as well, if we have any issues in the future I’ll be giving him a call.

I had called North Star when my furnace went out in the middle of the night, I didn’t think anyone would answer and sure enough Angela picked up the phone. She was very polite and was very attentive to my needs cause my house was cold. She answered all my questions and was able to get a service tech out at the soonest available time. I highly recommend North Star

Daniel came out todo a tune up and was ever educational on what is the best way to keep up with the maintenance on the furnace. I did give them a call the day after because something else had came up and they were so attentive to putting me in the schedule same day!

Bought a new house and the new furnace had not been working. Daniel came out and pinpointed the exact issue. The other company had been out several times over the last year and kept telling me it was nothing.

Danny came out today and helped me with a few issues. He was awesome. Gave me a heads up he was on his way and arrived just when he said he would. As well he helped with all the issues we have and was very knowledgeable and skilled. Explained everything he was doing and will use him for any HVAC stuff going forward. Overall the best HVAC service I have had.

They were able to come right out. I needed a new furnace. To get it to fit existing pipes, the replacement was expensive but they got it done quickly.

They are amazing! Super kind, helpful, honest and did an amazing job! Angela was super helpful by answering every question regardless of repeating myself.

This company was amazing and accommodating but Daniel is the main reason we had such a good experience. North Star, you are lucky to have him. If you end up using these guys (and you should,) request Daniel. I promise you will not be disappointed. We were in such a stressful situation and he made it easy and stress free. They were awesome to work with! Great service, funny and helpful crew, and were very quick and responsive. Saved us from the cold!
