Cody was amazing to work with. Our blower motor on our AC unit went out mid summer. The first people we called gave us a huge quote and said the part wouldn't be in for over a week. With it 90+ degrees out with a toddler that was not okay. Found Cody on Google and contacted. He gave us a quarter of the price and came out the next morning to work on it. Sadly after 4 hours of trying realized the motor he just got wasn't working. He back out Monday as soon as he could and our AC is up and running! So grateful for the work he did and to have air conditioning again.

Evaluating the condition of the appliance (in my case a furnace), collecting additional information to give a proper bid. It seems more often than not that good customer service and a quality experience with a contractor is the exception rather than the rule. When the job is being ‘sold’ the contractor gives all the right answers and alleviates your concerns. Then the install follows and corners get cut, the crew installing the equipment has no idea what you discussed with the contractor and purchase remorse sets in.
My experience with Heavenly Heating &Cooling was refreshingly different. Cody, the owner, gave me several options for equipment explaining the pros and cons of each system. He gave me a lead time for installation that was more than reasonable in these crazy days of delays and shockingly Cody and another technician were the ones installing the system.
