Bryan Pons Enterprises

Bryan Pons installed a new furnace in my rental property in 2019. He did not have the correct furnace to install. So he told me that it would be OK to install a larger size as it wouldn’t have to work as hard. The furnace never did work correctly. Bryan refused to admit what the real problem was. I had another HVAC contractor come out and told me that the furnace would never work correctly as it was not the correct size. Bryan attempted to Jerry rig it, to make it work, but it never did work as it should, failing to keep the rental unit warm. So he agreed to install the correct size furnace that he should’ve installed right from the beginning, but only if I paid an additional $200 out of my pocket to help him defray his cost!!
Unbelievable! That furnace failed well within the warranty, which he refused to honor!
I will never do business with this company again!!
