High quality install service and repair. We hire Grenko Enterprises for all our HVAC needs at our 60,000 Sq ft business mixed with residential and commercial equipment.

Our system was over 22 years old and started having issues. Ken came the next day and provided options. We decided it was time to replace the AC/furnace system and Ken was able to find a quality brand unit for install the following week.

The technicians were top notch and had excellent attention to detail (e.g. zip tying the condensate tube to the drain, taping thermostat signal wires out of the way, very clean install). Very courteous and great communication all along the way.

A/C went out July 17th. I wanted to fix it myself. He sold me a capacitor at 10:30 pm that night. I called the next day because my DIY job didn't work. He came out that afternoon and fixed it for a fare price and educated me on everything i would need to know to fix it myself if the same thing occurred in the future. He has the heart of a teacher and has gained my trust. Grenko is now my #1 HVAC source.

Great experience. Fair pricing, uses top notch products. I was scheduled for a new furnace and air conditioner a few days down the road. Well my water heater happened to start leaking one morning. I called Ken up and he was out there the same day putting a new water heater in for me and put my furnace and air conditioner in at the same time. Everything works great. Definitely recommend!
