Called and set up an appointment a few days ago for today, waited and waited but no one came during the scheduled time slot. Called in and they said they would check. Got a call back and was told they had the appointment scheduled, but no tech was assigned to come. Did get an apology, but I took the first half of my work day off for the appointment. They wasted my time this morning. Told them I'd find someone else to do the job. For me, they didn't live up to the 5 star rating, so they got a 1 star from me.

Elevation provided great service! After reaching out to them via Thumbtack for a water heater issue, they promptly called me back and arranged for a dispatch team to come to my home in Park City within a few hours. Fernando and Nico were kind and thorough in troubleshooting the problem, and were able to successfully fix our water heater. I highly recommend Elevation!

Anthony and the entire team provided incredible service for us. We quickly needed to have our furnace and water softener replaced and could not believe how quickly they responded to our request. They came the next day after messaging them and provided prompt and professional service that has exceeded previous experiences we’ve had with other plumbing companies in this area. Anthony answered all of our questions, took time to explain everything we needed to maintain our new equipment, and also looked at other elements in our utility closet that we should keep an eye on because the work was done incorrectly by a different company. Fernando was great to work with. I put in a service request at 10pm at night and he was able to swing by the house first thing in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired after picking up the necessary parts from the warehouse. Highly recommend!

I found Evolution Plumbing on the Thumbtack app. Fernando was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating as we were on a slight time crunch! He replaced our hose bib after it burst from the cold weather. Strongly recommend hiring this company if you're in the market for plumbing and seeking a more than fair price. I got several quotes for a new furnace/ac and water heater. Anthony by far came in way under. Had great reviews online and he didn’t disappoint. Great quality of work and priced right vs competitors. Will continue to use and refer him and his company.

Isaiah and Jacob did a great job installing a water heater, water softener, and replacing our original galvanized steel pipe to PEX. They were on time, professional, and very responsive. They were able to squeeze us in in the same week as we had our initial consultation. We will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.
