I had my vents cleaned out and my dryer vents cleaned.
They guys were so friendly and professional. They could have gotten frustrated with my 2 Great Danes following them around and being curious as to what they were doing.
The guys were on time to the appointment and got done before the estimated timeframe.
I would highly recommend their services.. you won’t be disappointed!

Right from the phone call to get scheduled things went very well. I wanted to get a few items ready for winter and they worked very well with me to with me in the schedule quickly. They showed up on time with everything we discussed that I needed at my house. The work was good and done in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

I was desperate to get my dusty vents cleaned and these guys rocked it. I can actually dust and my home stays clean for more than a day now! These guys are friendly and fast and dont charge you an arm and a leg. As a small business owner, I can appreciate how the care for customers. Thank you! My home was built in 1881 and we were pretty sure the vents hadn't been cleaned since a central system was installed. These guys had a whole team that got all the vents done within an hour and showed me what nastiness they removed! Something I also appreciated was they took off their shoes on my carpet :)

I called a couple companies to get some quotes. Dust Abductors (who are also Bugnappers) did a fantastic job. Very friendly and did their stuff! Highly recommended!

They did an amazing job cleaning out my air ducts and dryer vent, they were very knowledgeable and even showed me how my hvac filter was supposed to go in correctly. Definitely recommend!

Cleaned dryer vent. Very quick! Super friendly. Scheduled for them to return to clean furnace vents, tune up furnaces, and tune up AC in a few weeks.

Noah and Ray came and cleaned our ducts and vents. They were very professional, thorough, and careful with our furnishings. They showed up when they said they would. The work they did was incredible! I couldn’t believe how bad the ducts were beforehand and how great they looked after they finished. I would absolutely recommend them!
