Honest company!!! True story, I had another company come out last month when my AC didn’t turn on. After some time the tech said my AC was burned out and I needed a complete replacement at a cost of $4,500. I called Paul brothers for a second opinion and didn’t tell them I already had someone out the day before. Scott came out and diagnosed the system and found out it was a small part and my system
Was not burned out. The total repair was $350.00 vs $4500….. Honest Guy!!!! Thank you

My air conditioner wasn’t working on one of the hottest days of the year. I called several businesses and Paul Brother’s was the most responsive. Eric arrived within hours. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He had my air conditioner working within minutes. Great price too. I was very appreciative for their service on a very hot day. These guys are the real deal. Scott Paul came to check out my issue fast, and explained in detail what the issue was, and provided a fair quote on the repair. Unlike the bigger company's who just want you to buy all new equipment, or pay higher repair costs when not necessary. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. After 2 weekends of 100 degree temperatures my AC was shot. I called 2 different large companies who gave me outrageous prices and told me I needed to replace the system.

Through some sort of luck I then called Paul Brothers. They came the same day I called. They told me what was ACTUALLY wrong with my AC and didn’t try to sell me anything or rip me off. Also, as a woman I appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to mansplain anything to me and just show me how they got to the diagnosis just like they would anyone else.

My AC WENT out on what I believe was the hottest day of the year. It was miserable! I was quite lucky Paul Brothers was the responding team. Scott came out to assess the problem in a very timely manner. He was very professional and thorough. He made sure the wiring was not the source of the problem first and then identified the problem in the actual AC unit quickly and accurately. I was VERY impressed with his knowledge and skill. Plus, he gave me a really great deal on parts and labor. Honestly, I could not have been more impressed with this company. Because of their excellent service, work ethic, more than fair pricing, skill, and people skills, they earned a customer who will keep going back for any and all HVAC needs and who will recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling work.

If you're looking for reliable & cost effective repairs look no further. Was able to get them in same day which was a huge relief since it was 100 degrees when our AC broke. Really impressed with Scott, 100% will use these guys for all heating & air needs in the future.

I just bought a house over the summer and after getting home from a small family vacation my house was freezing. Found out the heater was shot and needed to be replaced after getting two opinions. I priced several companies and Paul Brothers not only was the most affordable, they were the only company that installed on the weekend. To make them even better we had a small issue on a Sunday and they were there within an hour to take care of it at no charge. Scott and his brother are amazing to work with and I highly recommend them. Couldn't be more pleased!

These guys are the BEST! We had our heater go out in WINTER and they were super FAST to replace and did an excellent, professional job. The are super HONEST too! We even live in Cedar City, and used them because we literally were ripped off by 2 different companies in southern UT, who did horrible work that lasted only weeks, and then did not honor redoing their poor craftsmanship.
