We ordered a Fujitsu heat pump w/5 mini-splits we thought we could install ourselves. We couldn’t, & I want to discourage anyone who thinks they can. Tylor & Jeremy came to our rescue. They were able to fit us in quickly & got the job done while helping us save as much as we could. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.

Early March 2021, our Nest informed us that our heater was running, but the temperature continued to drop. We called 3 contractors for estimates. Tylor himself answered the phone and arranged an in-person consult right away. We did have the others come for the consult (and we had to pay just for the visit), but ultimately, Tylor's Heating & Air Conditioning not only beat their estimates by nearly half (the other two tried to upsell a unit that was more than our house needed), but also provided the most honest assessment and excellent customer service! He even offered to bring portable heaters to keep the house warm in the meantime. Our furnace was replaced within 48 hours and runs like a dream.

Fast forward to late June 2022, our 19-year old air conditioner finally gave out and without hesitation, I called Tylor's Heating & Air Conditioning. He again gave us an honest assessment of our options and offered affordable prices for each. Our unit was replaced within 72 hours of the call and we are actually able to keep the house cooler using less energy than before!

Tylor was amazing. We called him at 10:30 on Saturday night. Our furnace was blowing cold air. He had 2 space heaters dropped off for us to use at 9:00 Sunday morning and was here on time later that afternoon to fix our furnace. He was professional and didn't gouge us on the price
