The service I received from Martin heating and air was 100x better than the company I first called out. They came ready to repair my unit, they were professional, and didn’t try to talk me into a new unit just because mine is old. When I need a new unit, I will trust this company over the other. Highly recommend!

When my a/c wouldn't cool below 80 degrees, I got on nextdoor.com looking for recommendations on HVAC repair companies. I found a few, but Martin was the first to respond and Steve was able to come out the same day, which is a big deal when your a/c quits. Steve determined I needed a new capacitor and added freon. He did the work quickly and gave me a couple of discounts but warned that I likely had an evaporator coil leak and it would cost about $2K. After about a week the temp started climbing again and before I spent $2K I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. I got another recommendation for an HVAC guy from someone I trust and they confirmed I needed a new evaporator coil and his fee would be $2800. The leaking coil was still under warranty and Steve was able to get the new part under warranty and install it the next afternoon and charged me much less than I anticipated. Steve is a kind and humble guy. He was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Steve and Martin Heating and Air to anyone dealing with a/c issues. He's professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, fast, resourceful, reliable, and affordable. And that's exactly what you need when you're HOT!!!

On time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and after his visit he emailed the info we requested about a new furnace the same day. Very pleased!

We were told that our AC unit got some issues and a "part" needed to be changed which would cost us about $850. I knew it sounded fishy. So, we called Steve Martin to get a second opinion. He came to our house, and told us that our AC unit is running without any problems that we should be concerned about. I just wanted to say thank you for your time sir and your honesty. I hated to say, but the previous guy who used to service our AC scared us that our house will burn down if we don't change that "part" immediately. You will have our business, and I will recommend you to everyone.

Did a great job. It was only a capacitor but had the part on the truck. Super fast repair. Fair price and showed up on time. We will be doing business again.

Came out to check all 3 of my units, and one seemed to be acting up. The service tech asked me to come outside and explain to me everything that was wrong and gave me a few options. They were able to come out and replace my unit the next day. While they were out they double check the other two units and I was all good to go. I will definitely call them back out and have them check them once a year.

Love this company. We will always refer them out.

Very responsive and takes pride in his work. After installing the unit, he came to check the unit after 6 months as free inspection. Explained the issues very well.
