Yesterday evening I called Gillem Heating & Air at 6:14pm to report a problem; it was 86* in my house with the a/c running. At 6:37 we got a call back asking us to shut the unit off. At 7:05, it was fixed! I’ve used Gillem for more than ten years and every time I’ve called them, it’s been the same… quick response, efficient, quality, professional, reasonable.
