I would've given a negative rating if I could. The service technician, Chris, who came to see the problem, was on time and very personable. I have no complaints about him. He spend about 30 minutes to look around and see the problem. But anything positive about this place is stops there.
Chris told us that there must have been a refrigerant leak ad since the unit is so old, it needs to be replaced but since he was not a sales person, he said he was going to let the sales team send someone to give us a quote on Monday. So far so good. Monday 2 PM came and I have seen nobody. I had to reach Chris to see what the problem is. I think it was shortly before 4 PM a man showed up in our house. Without introducing himself or saying anything, went straight to the A/C unit outside the house. Then came inside to check the heat pump and without paying much attention to what we are saying, blurted out what he thinks the best. And he left in about 10 minutes if that. Before he left I asked him if he had my contact information for the quote. He said he can find it. This was about 3-4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for that quote. Today I received the service call invoice, which was supposed to benothing if we purchased the replacement from them but without a quote, how could I? And that half an hour Chris spent at our place was billed more than $200.
If I were you, I would stay away from this outfit.I sure will in the future

I would have always recommended this company for hvac work until today. Called in to have warranty work performed on a unit they installed in my house. I was informed by a lady that answered the phone that I had a outstanding bill that would have to be paid first for a address that I'm in no way associated with from 2019. The lady stated well we tried to call you but never got a answer so there's nothing they can do about it.

It was cold, heater was not working, they came and fixed the heater part only without checking the cold air output. 1 month later, now it is 80 degrees and the cold air wont come on. I feel we received half service. I will pay my bill in full when the service has been successfully completed. Until then, I do not recommend this company. I do however, recommend James lane... they go above and beyond and show they care about their service.

This place is the best!!! Shout out to Darren for helping me with my electric motor this morning. With Darren and Jesse's help I was able to get my ac back up and running before it hit 110 degrees today. Will go here for all my ac needs from now on. A++ and very friendly service. Thank you.

Cam home from vacation to a hot house (96 degrees) w/broke AC at 11pm. Justin from FV was at my house in 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed and repaired my AC. Very knowledgeable and professional and that cost was very reasonable. In the era of poor customer service, Justin exceeded it. This is my first ever Google review so that indicates how satisfied I am.

Not here to review their service, because I wouldn’t hire someone as reckless as them. Granted this was only one worker I saw doing this, but they represent their company. This guy was flying down Hwy 148 into Jacksboro passing multiple vehicles including semis at a time. We were going 80 in a 75 and that was still too slow for him. He was easily going 95-100. We could still see him from a distance. Once he got to the 60 zone he was still flying through there at 80-85. We lost him around the curve then noticed He got slowed down by a smaller car in front on him. No care for his company vehicle.

We just want to thank F-V for taking care of our sewer line problems. They were very professional from the receptionist to the on site workers and the ONLY company that didn’t let us down. The 2 men who worked on our sewer lines were so nice and worked hard every day that they came. It was a dirty job, but never once did they have a bad attitude about it. They always had a smile on their faces. We are thankful that we found a good plumbing company and will always call them for our needs.

Ferguson-Veresh Air Conditioning Service is a great company yo deal with. My first time I called them our old system had stopped working after a storm in July. They sent a serviceman Joe out the same day as it was hot. He found a wire had come loose and a switch had went out. He only charged for what he did as he could have charged me what ever. He represented the company very well and was very informative with all my questions about a new system if we needed one. This is why I called them back for a bid and Ryan came and did a very thorough check on our house on installing a new system and went ahead an had them to install a new AC/Heat system. Jared and Nash came and did an amazing professional job and cleaned every thing up. Our new system is great would highly recommend Ferguson-Veresh.

Had issues with our central air. Fergy-V came out, fixed the issue(we thought), found out it wasn't fully completed roughly a month later. Called them back and they came back, finished fixing the issue, and BAM, no extra charges were assessed! This company rocks!!!
