I had home warranty insurance and was told all I had to pay was my deductible. When work was almost complete they told me I owed them another 250.00 which I had not been told. They should've told me that up front.

Upstairs unit had water in the secondary pan. Although the clog was cleared, he did not clear the water out of the secondary pan. I am very disappointed at the lack of thorough follow up

2 vents were leaking water. Allegedly fixed yesterday (08/02/2022). 1 vent leaked again this evening (08/03/2022). Need to get it fixed by someone else.

Will continue to use TAS for maintenance & request them when using home warranty for repairs.
