I have used this company before this establishment is very professional very engaging with the home owners , The worker made myself as well as my husband very comfortable with his presence! He made very sure that we understood what was going on as well as what could be done ! He was very polite , worked very swiftly, and THE PROBLEM WAS DEFINITELY RESOLVED DURING HIS VISIT!! after his work order was completed he still waited to make sure that our ac unit was working very properly. The receptionist by the name of Laili , has excellent customer service she is amazing and also very willing to help ! We are very thankful!! 10/10 WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR ALL OF YOUR HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS!!!

Wow, what a great customer-focused company! Zip Air installed a heat pump, and the experience was outstanding! The installation crew did a good job, and TJ and Oscar tweaked everything to perfect efficiency and comfort.
Zip Air provides fair, professional service, with a customer-centric mindset. TJ, the owner, has incredible knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry, and makes sure the job is done right and the customer is happy!

Couldn't be home in time, was able to work out a plan to still get my HVAC serviced. The repair was completed quickly and expertly, and I was given a detailed description of the repair that was completed. Was able to complete billing over the phone. Pain free, care free process. Will continue to use Zip Air in the future.

They are responsive and do quality work. The repair man worked after hours to make sure my unit was working as best it could. I highly recommend!!

I've used Zip Air a couple of times now and hey have been great. Reasonable price, quick to respond, and reliable, which means a lot to me. I plan to continue to use them in the future.

Did not inform about charges before coming out. The tech came and took less than 15 min to look at the unit and said the motor was stuck. Could not give a price because his boss had shut down his computer for the day and would call me the next morning. They called late morning the next day just to say how it may or may not be fixed the following day. Also someone had to take over because the tech who came out had called in. Had another company come out and say the motor was burned out and would replace the next day and less of a charge than these people. After turning ZipAir down they want to charge a fee I was never informed about. Not the “so honest” company I was recommended to call them for.

They a very good Company,they come if you have a Problem and fix it.They also help you in any Way they can,if it's financial,Payments,they work with you.

Had this unit installed 7 years ago and it has never cooled right. They had installed defective coils which they replaced about 6 months later but the unit still never did a good job .when I called to see if they could work with me on finding out the problem they argued with me and kept saying the unit is 7 years old so they did not offer any help even though I told them it has not performed correctly since it was installed. I understand overtime anything can go wrong but just the way they were so argumentative really disappointed me.. whatever happened to concern for the customer... you seem to be all about money to these companies... anyway I will not make this mistake again.

Zip Air is fantastic about getting things done in a timely manner. They have great communication and provide excellent service!!!
Highly recommend.
