The technician was Toby Malmon. Please update your technician’s list. Nice young man and knowledgeable in maintenance test preformed. Toby’s customer service skills for a young man are on the very high side and easy to converse with. With the proper guidance from management he should do well.

A young man, Mr Toby whose picture is not available on the Lochridge-Priest technicians list came quickly to check my AC unit; he's an exceptional employee.

Mr Toby methodically troubleshot my AC unit; he was able to find, and fix multiple issues in a timely manner.

Called the company on a Friday for a compressor repair on an older unit, had a tech later out that day to check the unit. The following Friday they were out and fixed the unit no problem. Happy to have the A/C back for the summer, Thank you!
