They are not professional to say the least! Floyd's AC will reschedule you and pretend they tried to reach you and you didn't answer there phone call so they had to cancel. Strangely, they sent a text saying they were on the way but no show! I had to hear excuse after excuse from them, problems with scheduling, owner out on vacation, lack of staff wanting to work....too many excuses to list. After weeks of no shows, I had to go with another company. American Home Shield is the only reason, I used this company. According to the home warranty this is the only company that services my area.

Could not repair continuous problem with AC unit. First said it was Compressor so installed a new one. Did not fix the issue. Called out several times. It would work for a few days after they left and then stop working again. Today Dave came out and said he changed the filter and it was working. Stopped working an hour after he left. Contacted my warranty company First American and they read me his report to them. He documented that he was there and did some other services for at least 30 mins. He was there 10-15 mins at the most and most of that time was in his truck. We have it all recorded on security cameras. He was also talking to someone on the phone while standing outside complaining about having to be there and asking whomever he was talking to what should he write on the work order / invoice. That was also recorded by security camera. Needless to say we will not use his services nor would recommend anyone else too. We also will be contacting an attorney regarding his falsification of documents.

Kept rescheduling our services in over 100 degree temperatures knowing their technicians were sick. Took off 4 days in a week to get my ac even looked at. Finally had my retired neighbor sit at our house and they never showed up because they know their phones get sent to voicemail as they’ve been documented as spam. Then blame the customer and say they feel threatened because we had an attitude. If you know your people are sick then make a smart call, don’t promise something u can’t deliver. Couldn’t go through anyone else due to home warranty and now we’re stuck 12 days still without ac in continuous 100 degree weather. We offered to pay after hours and emergency out of pocket before having any issues only for them to tell us they can’t, but they can do it for a bigger job. Don’t use if in waco
