Great company! Very professional. I had Rose City Air do some work for me. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and communication. I would defiantly be recommend Rose City Air.

"Heath" came out on this hot Saturday in JULY to address a problem we were having. He was very prompt professional and courteous... I would highly recomend Rose City Air to Anyone.

Heath was the absolute BEST person to go through this entire experience with! He was attentive, respectful, taught both myself and my husband a lot, and was a pleasure to work with. There really are no words to describe the amazing job from start to finish! He installed a whole new system inside & out in addition to a mini-split for a separate area of the house that was unable to be vented. His crew was fast, efficient and hilarious in their interactions with each other! They worked together like family and communication between themselves and with us was like nothing I had ever experienced; from working with the office staff to the actual work and ease on submitting payment I have NEVER worked with a better business! Heath truly cares about you, his business, and the end result! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The two men that came to service the AC system were very knowledgeable and sincere tradesmen. They did an excellent job in every requirement of the service needs of the A/C system. They arrived on the scheduled time and accomplished the work requirement in a reasonable amount of time. In our opinion they did the job in such a good way they would receive a rating of “A+“.

Quickly determined what caused the problem, set the system up so that the system would work until a circuit board is replaced. Very friendly! Heath ordered the defective circuit board and the next day Jason came in and installed it. Great job!

I recently asked a local fb group for a recommendation for mobile home AC duct work. On Monday of this week, Will from Rose City Air reached out and offered me a free estimate. Jason came out on Wednesday to inspect my system and prepared a fair and reasonable estimate for me within 30 minutes. The work was completed today by Paco and his assistant and I am cool again 😎. Thank you Rose City Air!!

My air was not working in this heat and they showed up on a Sunday and replaced my entire system in about 4 hours for half the price of the other bids I had. I highly recommend.

I reached out to Rose City Air because my unit outside stopped working after a lightning storm. They showed up in a few hours and had it fixed very quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We were working with another company that was giving us the run around. We have not had working AC in 7 days. I finally decided to call and get a 2nd opinion. I called Rose City Air, they were not only friendly when they answered but they had a technician out to our home in less than an hour.

Upon arrival, Canyonn (the technician) was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He was immediately able to diagnose the problem (the other company said it wasn't fixable at all) and immediately called out a second team member to start working on it ASAP so that we would have cool air by this evening.

So far, we have had a wonderful experience with this company ( and Canyonn) and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else needing help with their AC Units!
