We called for service on an older unit for a mobile home over Memorial Weekend 2019. We called Maddox HVAC repair. Dave Thomason responded. Professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. In the process of repairing the air conditioner, we discovered a serious electrical problem. A call was placed to Maddox Electrical and Corey Parks responded. Again, we were impressed. He made sure that our electrical system was safe. I can't forget Billy Yarborough from HVAC Sales who gave us an estimate for a new unit when requested. The people from Maddox are great to work with; timely, efficient, respectful and priced well. When we ever need HVAC, electrical or plumbing service - the call will be made to Maddox. Their Comfort Contracts are well worth the money. Thanks, Maddox!

I have dealt with other A/C companies for work and altthough they have most been good, Maddox has been the best. Very fast response, and was able to get us back up and running. The service Tech was good

The technician came Monday to get the estimate. Parts needed to be ordered--we were hopeful we could have it fixed by Friday. We are a retail customer and Tax Free weekend is a big event for us.
The parts came in TUESDAY! He arrived Tuesday afternoon and got us going. He was very personable and professional.

Richard did a great job of replacing our broken blower fan. Unfortunately, the capacitor blew after he arrived so that had to be changed as well. The prices are a little higher than I would expect; however, they do good work.

Outlandish billing and a very don't care attitude from management.
They only good thing about them is lady who talked with me over the phone. she was very warm and helpful. But other than that I will not be using them anymore or recommending them to friends
$900 dollars to repair a leaking yard faucet and replace a toilet is extreme to me.
And only after I paid over $600 for on my original invoice and somehow got another charge of $220 almost 3 weeks later regarding the same repair (I will not be paying that)
And my faucet still leaks but I will have to pay someone else to repair it because Im sure they will find out away to charge me some more..
Not a good experience whatsoever.

The serviceman was very kind about coming out on Saturday evening. He even missed seeing his daughter dressed and going to prom because of the service call. He replaced the motor on the AC quickly and efficiently, and left our house full of women cool and comfortable!
