Heater went out on Christmas Eve and it was below freezing. Tech was here very fast and fixed the issue quickly. Can't recommend highly enough. This is the HVAC you want to use. Thanks!

!!! Be advised this might be a lengthy post. Two words… STAY AWAY! Whatever you do, do not let your home warranty company use this place of service. They came out to fix the outside unit as the air would work for about 15 minutes and then the fan would completely shut off outside. I was pretty sure it was the fan motor that was bad and I told the air tech exactly that, but the technician stated it was just the capacitor and he replaced it. I asked him if he could please stay for 15 to 20 minutes to check it out and make sure it stayed on he then decided to straight up say I’ll stay for five minutes but I’m not staying 15 or 20 . Sure enough about 15 minutes after he left the fan blade stopped spinning. So I called the company to let them know what was going on. The office called the technicians back to send them back out and then the office called me back again and asked if my home was under construction which it was not. (This time he was rude on the phone call) I was painting a wall and trim he then proceeded to tell me that he was going to have to tell the warranty company the house is under construction which again I told him it wasn’t and that made no sense. He said well if we don’t tell your warranty company we don’t get paid for certain things. You’re not gonna sit there and try to claim things on my warranty that aren’t true or try to put the homeowner at fault. Then the technicians came back out he replaced the fan motor and when he came back in the house and told me he was done I asked him what was wrong with it he said nothing but I replaced it because you said it wasn’t working. Don’t insult my intelligence. Why would I have called you back out if it was working. I’m no air tech however it’s funny because if you just would’ve listened to me the first time we could’ve avoided all of this. Cut to that night the air conditioner was not getting down to temperature in the house I’m talking like 8 hours running, and went to go check the unit outside and the fan wasn’t blowing any air upwards, They installed the fan motor completely wrong. So here we are four days later after calling out a different ac guy they switched the wires from the fan motor and it’s working right. As well looking at some of these other negative reviews I can tell what type of company they are by there replies. They don’t take any blame and sit there trying to make the customer be at fault… again I say STAY AWAY!!!
I used Jon through my home warranty when I purchased my house. Jon came out to “fix” my a/c unit twice or three times before replacement. I was charged an extra $1500 to make sure everything worked properly and was up to code. I had issues with the system from the get go. Plumbing wasn’t installed properly. Thermostat was installed and configured wrong. Unit was short circuiting due to improper wiring . Even with these issues during warranty he wanted me to go through my home warranty. He called my wife a liar to her face when he came out for the heater not working. John said “we don’t install that brand of thermostats”… That thermostat is on the bill I received. He also set the thermostat to the wrong settings during install and tried to charge me. During that time he said to look for another ac guy to fix his issues. I wouldn’t trust this guy with installs or repairs.
I wrote a review several weeks ago and he called apologizing and asking if he could do anything for me to remove the review. We agreed since I already fixed another issue I was having from his install that he would come out if something else happened. Well here we are I’m having another issue with a new system. My wife called Jon because I’m at work and told me to go through my home warranty… this guy robbed me of money and my children's comfort.
I will be making a complaint to any home warranty you’re associated with. I will also be making a complaint to BBB if an option.
We have only good things to say about EVERYONELOVESAIR. We've had the pleasure of meeting the Owners, and will definitely recommend their services to anyone in need!
From the initial call, Lisa is very knowledgeable and informative regarding troubleshooting and circumstances that may cause heating and cooling to not work efficiently.
John made himself available after hours during the winter ice storms and he did not leave us without heat.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received. I hired Everyone Loves Air to remove my old A/C and heating systems and install a new one. They were quick to respond, professional in all aspects, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure my installation went smoothly and promptly. John and his crew (all of them) were amicable, knowledgeable, and worked great together as a team. It takes exceptional service for me to give a 5 star rating and this is one of those rare times. If you are in need of a new system or just need maintenance on your existing one, I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.
Make apt times that they don't keep.They tell you a time just to get you off the phone and when they don't show at that time they pretend that there dispatcher text to inform you of apt change which never did happen.
Dispatcher I feel is rude and with a attitude. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would!! The AC at my house where my elderly parents (88 and 87) live stopped working. I made a claim through my home warranty and within the hour I was notified Everyonelovesair would be the service provider. Toby, the technician, arrived during the window of time specified. It turned out to be a thermostat issue . Toby overrode the thermostat (it was one of those that could be controlled by the electric company - bad idea) and the AC came on and started cooling. About 30 minutes after he left, the AC quit again. Turns out the thermostat was bad (and of course obsolete and the electric company no longer services them). I called John at Everyonelovesair and he sent Toby back out to my house and got my parents fixed up. I am so grateful for their prompt, professional service. HIGHLY recommend them.
