Air Woodlands A/C and Heating

I was so impressed. Jeremy the owner hisself came out to my house. He was so thorough in checking out my AC. I didn’t even realize how much my AC was not cooling. Jeremy checked everything out and put Freon in it and immediately it started cooling. He gave me several different options I could go with. I had a different company come out before and was not impressed with them. Jeremy was so personable and was very caring about me being cool. I will definitely be using him for all my AC needs. I highly recommend his company and will tell all my friends.

Called at 7am on the Friday after the great freeze of 2021. They were at my house by about 9:30am. Diagnosed the problem very quickly, thermostat needed replacing. Replaced the thermostat and was completely done by 10:50. I was charged for the thermostat and the price of the service call - nice!! Explained what was done and instructed me on how to work the new thermostat. PLUS alerted me to water gushing out of pipes under my house. I am more than pleased with the job as well as his genuine concern for my well being.

Fast, efficient and affordable! Jeremy was informative and professional. He explained to me my service issue, and got right to business. Within about 30 minutes he was done! Can't give enough compliments to this company!! They helped out last minute with a system that went down and my tenants would have had another hot night. The owner and two employees came after hours so the tenants wouldn't have another uncomfortable night!! They treat customers the way all companies should treat customers! Highly recommend!!!

Jeremy came out Saturday evening because my daughter and grandkids had been without ac all day my father and son in law were trouble shooting it . Jeremy had it up and running within 15 minutes by replacing motor very affordable loves animals honest .Thank you for all your help.

Jeremy came out at 8 p.m. to check my air conditioning during the hot summer. He got my air conditioning running again until they could come out a few weeks later to fix the actual problem.

Got a second AC unit installed and serviced a few weeks later. Had to replace a part due to mfg defect. Jeremy & crew took care of it for me and had it fixed up pretty quickly. Top quality service thank you!

Air Woodlands is one of the few companies that I've found that are just good, honest people. They are incredibly responsive (especially in times of crisis when the AC breaks down), very friendly, and reasonably priced. I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and his crew.

Jeremy came on time (let me know when he was 1/2 hour away), identified the problem, discussed it with me, gave me solution and an excellent price to correct the issue. He then went the extra mile to teach me how to keep the issue from occurring again. He wrapped up our business by letting me know how much his business means to him. It shows!
