Sam, Ali and frank came over to do our evaporator coil apparently it had a leak in it and Ali explained to me how the refrigerant cycle works and explained there was a leak and would be better to replace rather than keep investing. Thank you for your honesty and amazing service you have a customer for life!

Do not waste your time and money with this company. They just take your business and then cancel your appointment and waste your time without any apologize.

Since they responded to my review, I should add:
1) Friday evening I contacted them for a service and they said they can come, Saturday 9 to 11 am.
2) I cancelled all of my morning programs and businesses because of this appointment
3) Saturday, 9:30 morning I texted them for confirmation and they promised to come before 11
4) 10:50, I texted them "10 min to 11 and you are still not here"
5) 11:20, I called them 3 times he did not take my calls
6) after keep calling him to see if he finally comes, he texted: " we r running behind schedule, I'm on the way to you"
7) I texted back, if you cannot make your promises you should not make it
8) we exchanged multiple texts that he was very impolite and never apologized for his delay.
9) it was interesting that he could text long messages but could not take the phone calls
10 ) at the end he said "I refuse to do work for you. enjoy the hot house"
11) In his messages he was very impolite and offensive. I can share all of my communications and text messages
12) it is funny that you are accusing me for being unprofessional while you did not fulfill your duties
13) For your information, my time is very precious and you wasted all of my Saturday morning and that cost me a lot
14) after he refused to come, I contacted Kelly's air conditioning and they came in less than an hour and fixed the issue with a great respect and behavior

ColdFront HVAC is by far the best company we have ever used for our AC and heating needs! They are very professional and knowledgeable! I was very impressed with their customer service! I would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you for all of your help!

Very happy with coldfront havc. Ali came by our home and was very nice and knowledgeable. Explained to us everything step by step on why the part failed and the causes for it, then made the necessary repairs to get our ac system back up and cooling the same day we called.

Great customer service honest people, fair prices recommend their work any day. Maintenance program saved our ceiling from caving and Ali came over and saw the pan full of water and fixed us right up!

Used this company for their AC service after having a bad experience with another. Fixes the issue within a day and the owner personally handled all fixes. Would totally use again, although I hope I won't need to. Would give more than five stars if I could.
