In the past few months my AC went out and just this week my heater went out. Called my home warranty to have them send someone out and each time I was first assigned to Motili. They sent me time blocks to sign up for, to send someone out and both times no one showed on the days requested, and no one called to tell me. Then I was assigned to this company, WestTex Air. Within 24 hours they called me and were out that same day to see what the issues were. AC took a while for the parts but that isn’t their fault. As soon as they got the parts in, they were out the next day fixing it up for us. As for the furnace, they called me today and said they would try to make it out. Well they made it out AND got the furnace fixed. Just in time for the freeze tomorrow. Thank you so much! We will continue to give you our business.
