Johnathan came out and diagnosed my AC issue and was able to replace the parts under warranty the same day. Johnathan did an awesome job and explained all my options. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Sun AC again.

I chose this company because of the good reviews, I'm really surprised to be leaving this awful experience. In summary, I scheduled a preventative service and was confused by the service I actually got. I called the office within the hour following my appointment and requested more information (as a new homeowner/first time customer, I thought maybe I'm missing something). I was advised a manager would call me back to discuss further. Art called back. My conversation with him blew me away, still does now, on how defensive, patronizing and outright dismissive he was. I never once in speaking with this company's representatives requested or mentioned a refund. I simply asked for clarification on the service I got versus what I had scheduled/requested. After what seemed like the usual spiel Art provides customers with questions didn't work, he stated "your 89 dollars will not make or break this company" and that he would transfer me to the admin team for a refund. Just like that, I was dismissed. I managed to thank him before he transferred me without another word. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere for professional customer service.

it’s been months (May 2022) since Sun A/C installed my air and heating units. The products and installation were awesome. I am pleased, but money was stolen from my purse during the installation at my home. Every time I turn on my unit I think about this criminal act in my home …my safe haven. To add to this violation the owner didn’t console or believe me. After spending thousands of dollars, it’s the principle of the whole situation. The contractual Crew were all Spanish speaking no one spoke English. I had my purse out because I thought the owner and I were going to sit down and sign a contract or he needed my ID. I waited all day for this meeting to happen ,but it never did. I turned my back a few times since it was hot in my house to go to my patio to cool off. I left my purse on the table. An hour after the job was completed and they left, I went to a fast food place to get something to eat. When it was time to pay I discovered my money was missing! I didn’t want to think the worst or blame anyone about my missing money. So. I immediately went home and searched my house, car, pocketbook and purse again and again. I was shocked, upset and violated of what happened in MY home my money was stolen. I called the company that night and spoke to the owner the next day. I handled the conversation respectfully and carefully choosing my words describing my ordeal. But the owner immediately took his crew side without listening to the facts. In summary he accused me of lying and I felt like the criminal. He failed me as a customer because all his workers should have had background checks and bonded. I can NOT recommend this company despite their work and products. Sun A/C owner hires criminals! Make sure you not only do your homework on the company but its workers! As of today 8/24/22 this matter has not been rectified or followed up on. Very disappointed!

We have used Sun Air Conditioning for over 10 years. I wish more service businesses were like this one. We have found this to be an honest business with involved owners, service rep's that are courteous, on time, working hard to do the right thing such as repairing something instead of saying it needs to be replaced. We have had both warranty & non-warranty work done over the years. Several times the owner, Jim, has come to assist a technician or just to check on the work. We have dealt with Art in the office & Laura. Currently, our technician is Rusty. We could not ask for a better group of people. We have found them to be friendly, professional, honest, & considerate of our schedule & our wallet. :). I highly recommend this service. As a Google Local Guide, I noticed there are only a few low reviews. One of the reviews was changed from a 1 star to 5 star, but it does not show on the list. Another was for a phone call not returned - who knows, if only calling once the message could have been garbled or accidentally deleted - not a reason for a bad review in my book. They have many great reviews on Google & Better Business Bureau that let you know what type of business this is.

I had a hole in a couple of pipes upstairs on my a/c unit so water was flooding my attic. Had no air since Friday morning.. I called Sun Air at 8am Monday morning and Richard was at my house by 8:15 a. !!! Talk about service ~~ amazing!! Richard was very professional and friendly. He had the job completed in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much :)

In the past, had a really good experience. Of late there have been delays with installing new equipment, responding to emails, and closing the loop on communication. I would give them an average, down from excellent in the past, especially as compared to other 5 star places out there.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Amazing service! Rusty went above and beyond what was required of an A/C company for the installation of two new thermostats. After some fairly confusing technical issues and multiple visits, Rusty got the systems working and treated the whole experience like it was for his own home. Forever a customer.
