AirPro Cooling & Heating

My air conditioner stopped cooling my house in the middle of July, and I was convinced I had a catastrophic leak or something else terrible. David from Air Pro came out, inspected my system and quickly determined that I was low on freon, most likely due to normal gradual loss rather than something terrible. He refilled the system, stayed to make sure it was working properly and the temperature was holding, and now my house is cool and comfortable again, for a lot less money than I was expecting. I highly recommend Air Pro, and will call them next time I need work done (including the routine system checks that would have prevented this in the first place)

We had a winter maintenance done on our furnace today, including cleaning the coils (which we had done last year by another company). My husband and I could not be happier with the service. Initially, there was a misunderstanding on what exactly this entailed; however, the young man, John, performing the maintenance, corrected the misunderstanding immediately, and continued with the maintenance service. He was extremely polite, and very hard working. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

Fast friendly service! My AC unti at my home stopped working the day before the 4th of July weekend and we thought we would have to go without ac for the weekend in the hot Texas heat. Air Pro cooling sent a technician named Paul to our home immediately who was very friendly and courteous and fixed our ac problem. Highly recommend this great company!

Paul Sepeda arrived on time, introduced himself to me, and was very professional. He provided me with a couple of options for the repair. He wore a face mask and shoe covers. He was very approachable, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Great experience.

The AirPro technician, David, showed up on time, was diligent in his work ... as usual, went above and beyond in checking out the HVAC system, and previously done repairs. A definite keeper!

Best price, best customer service. The gentlemen I worked with were helpful, candid about the pros and cons of the different AC models they offered, and had the best price of the three companies I got quotes from. They even went out of their way to set up a portable AC unit in my room pending the actual AC installation so my two small children and I could sleep comfortably in my room. They installed the AC quickly and professionally, answered all my questions about maintenance, and gave me tips for routine care for the unit. Highly recommend!!!

Service was great! They worked me in on a Saturday and showed up early. They repaired it for half of what I was quoted from other ac repair places. Very pleased and cool!
