After some unsuccessful work was done, the owner came out himself to do the repairs. Great follow up.

I had a Freon leak in a chiller used to cool the water in one of our c02 lasers. It was very difficult to find a company willing to take the time and come work on a unit they were not familiar with. Derek arrive on time, was very professional and explained what was going on, how he was going to isolate the the leak, fixed the issue and get us back up and running.

HIGHLY recommend!

Kyle has always been on time and explains everything well. We've been using him for 5 years now and have always been pleased with his workmanship and honesty.

7/1/22 update
Called 6/30 @ 7pm. They showed up around 3 pm the next day and had the part on the truck. These guys don't play... Great service even on a holiday weekend, last minute.

Great service from Cody He was very informative, polite, and thorough. Plus he was very reasonable on the price. His helper worked very hard today and did an outstanding job!

Business said it was open 24 hours. I called twice in the afternoon and left a message. Never returned my call to see what service I needed. Very bad first impression and I wouldn’t recommend this business. Thankfully I found a repair man who showed up within an hour, repaired my AC in 15 minutes, and was very reasonably priced.

The whole experience with TruTemp was great. They came out immediately after my old AC unit went out, and fit me in their schedule 2 days later. Kyle has been nothing but professional, friendly, and a joy to work with. The whole team was amazing, and I will use them for all future HVAC needs!

They were the kindness and sweetest and most professional. He was not there to rob ne of my money, he educated me on my system to save me money and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them myself in the future!!!

I called Tru Temp Sunday evening, and a technician was able to come over as early as possible Monday morning and take care of the issue. He quickly identified the problem and charged me the base inspection fee. He was very knowledgeable and also made sure there was no carbon monoxide coming from the vents after the heat was working.
