As a real estate agent, TASCO is my go to HVAC company for any and all repairs. I can always rely on them to be prompt, have great customer service, get the job done correctly and at a reasonable price.
Came within the allotted time, had shoe covers and facemasks. I signed up for the twice a year service plan. The drain line was clogged and since that service is included in the plan, they cleared it all out and performed a full inspection as part of the service plan. Very fair, did good work and polite. Plan to continue with them.
Terribly unprofessional. We set an appointment to get a second opinion on a full system. We agreed to a time and they called back to cancel because they were not interested in bidding a job. Rather than say that, they tried to say they are booked up. When pressed I got it out of them.
When we were still scheduling I was asked "what if we recommend the same thing, who are you going to hire" I of course told them the lesser of the two bids. I surmise they are just greedy and over charge so they knew they shouldn't bother with a competitive bid.
It would have been nice to say that up front rather than schedule a same day service only to cancel an hour later. An hour I could have used to find someone else.
they don't show up on time agreed, they don't follow up with the prepaid services so if the owner forgets you loose your money, they don't give you solutions for issues, they don't give you quotes for full replacements, etc, etc, etc. I would never use Tasco ever, ever again.
TASCO is the best! Terry, then Laine, and then Erick have taken extraordinary care of my heating/AC needs for the last 35 years or more and have always been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Terry has always gone beyond the call of duty. Years ago, he would stop by my late elderly mother's house on his way home to change her filter because she was to weak to do it herself.
AC went out this weekend on our downstairs unit and Tasco promptly called me back and fixed the problem today. Service was exceptional and price was reasonable. I will use them for all our future air and heating needs.
This company goes above & beyond. They were not the company I chose rather the company that held the warranty from previous owner, however they Definitely would be the company I Highly Recommend because the owner (Laine) makes sure that the job his staff does is more than satisfactory, he even comes out himself to ensure everything is done right, not to mention giving you his personal cell number for emergencies. Thank you Laine & to all of your staff as well!!! I give you 10 Stars!!!
I got home from Dallas and my Air Condition wasn't working. I called first thing in the morning within 45 minutes a Tech was at my door working on my A/They were the only one that would sent someone out the fast. They got my service now!
They do not respond. We purchased an AC a little over a 18 months ago. I have left y messages to have them come re-look at our system after being out several weeks ago and get no call back
