Sunrise Cooling & Heating LLC

Contacted several local cooling/heating companies to bid on the repair/replacement of our air conditioning unit. Sunrise was clearly the winner! Peter/Cabel were the most comprehensive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced of the three who looked at the unit. Based on their inspection, we ended up replacing our air conditioning unit rather than repairing it. Cabel was extremely easy to work with - on time, efficient and thorough. We have used Sunrise several times and LOVE them. Their service is fabulous and they tried to give us the best price on all repairs. Everyone is awesome, but we always ask for Cable. :)

Our Air Conditioner stopped working on a Holiday weekend. I called and received an immediate response. Caleb came within an hour and fixed our system for a very reasonable price. Caleb was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We have used this company for years and have always been happy with their reasonable prices and good service.

First time I have used Sunrise Cooling and Heating. I can only compliment them on their service person who arrived at my home, immediately found the problem and fixed it but then checked the rest of the system to make sure it was in good order. Price was very fair for a service/maintenance call.

Peter Saleh and his staff are very knowledgeable, fair, honest, helpful and absolutely go above and beyond! Peter/Sunrise Cooling services several of my neighbors' homes and we are all extremely happy with their service. It is not uncommon for Peter to walk me through "simple fixes" or things to try, late in the evening, to help me get through the night without AC, and then follows up bright and early the next morning before his technician arrives. They are always right on time, and I have never been disappointed with them. Besides Sunrise performing typical repairs, they have had to "clean up" the messes of previous AC companies. I am so grateful to have an honest, dependable and very knowledgeable AC/heat specialist to rely on, and highly recommend them to all!

They do a good job but they could use help in there customer service ie., calling you back or that they make you wait all day for for a call back to confirm or if they tell you they will be back the next day and they aren't, they don't call you and tell you they are not coming back and then show up the day after at a random time and they didn't even call to see if you were home not good customer service??? This has been said to them in the past and in person??

Next day appointment for non critical A/C issue; super friendly and professional. Gave honest assessment of system issues and various options to address the problems. Highly recommend.
