My AC San Antonio

Paul fixed my clogged drainage for my AC. Although that doesn't sound like much he was relentless facing many obstacles, worked all day until resolved. He's honest and doesn't try to sell you anything or replace unnecessary parts like some companies do. He's personal and conscientious about his work. I have used Paul's company before and never been disappointed. Customer satisfaction at a reasonable price.

Paul took very good care of the problem that I had. Ac hadn't worked in a long time and I was not able to purchase a new unit. Paul diagnosed my problem and luckily I didn't need a whole new unit because he could repair the unit I have. He explained what he was doing and even wanted me to watch what he did as he was doing it. Real friendly and nice person too. Definitely using him in the future.

My AC was not cooling the house and the temperature would rise well above what the ac thermostat indicated. The evenings were uncomfortable and sleeping was difficult!
I called Paul around noon and he arrived within the hour! He listened to the concerns, asked clarifying questions and went to work. He gave clear explanations of what he found and what he thought needed to be done. He was upfront and clear with the cost and his service cost was very reasonable.He was honest and polite. Just an all around nice guy and he and My AC San Antonio will absolutely be my ac service company from now on!

Just like Arturo Rodriguez stated in his review. Paul "acts nice" when you begin to work with him, but I quickly found out it's all an act to get your money. He also sold me that membership for a year, when time came to use it, he was nowhere to be found. Canceled several times on me, always another excuse. He is a novice, took him hours to figure out a simple fix on my A/C. When it came to repairing my furnace heater, he had no clue on what to do. Never was able to fix it and never came back. Beware!

Decided to call because of the reviews after being blown off by others that shall not be named. Paul came within an hour of calling to diagnose a non working AC. Took his time and methodically diagnosed the issue. He didn’t mind explaining everything as we talked. AC is back up and running and after a very reasonable price, I’d definitely call him again.

Our unit started leaking upstairs and Paul made himself available to come out as soon as possible. He was very informative on, not only, what was wrong but how we could keep our system running smoother and longer. Great company and highly recommended.

Paul was a huge help and took the time to have us understand what was going on as well as provided us options to help to save money. Great Company and I definitely will continue to use him for any AC needs. Recommend this company to anyone who needs a great AC Company!

Our system started having trouble on a Friday evening during 100 degree weather and we had guests arriving the next day. We gave Paul a call Saturday morning and he was at our home within a few hours. We have never worked with a better provider. Paul asked a lot of questions to fully understand what we were experiencing and completely inspected our system, a full checkup. Was nice that he explained the process and taught us about our equipment, we learned a lot. Paul found the problem and carries parts with him so he fixed it quickly. We feel like we found a great HVAC provider and made a new friend at the same time. Do not hesitate to give him a call and make him your regular HVAC provider.

AC units had been having issues so called Paul for his summer checkup special and he was able to come out first thing the next morning. Very professional and friendly, explained all of his recommendations for repairs with no sales pressure and was very reasonably priced. Would only use him going forward and highly recommend him!

Great experience with Paul. We had to have our AC replaced. Paul diagnosed the problem and provided a very reasonable quote. Install was done quickly with no issues.
