The 2 service men were professional, efficient, and also friendly and pleasant. I have dealt with several people from Flo-Aire and have always found this to be true.

The ac in my office went out... it was over 100 degrees inside, hottest day of the year so far in San Antonio. We called them out of curiosity and said they had received tons of calls but were going to try their best to be here in a few hours. they showed up in 2 hours and in less than an hour, fixed the unit. excellent customer service, super professional and super friendly. they will be our go to from here on out since the unit in our building is awful

We spent a large amount of money on a kitchen exhaust system. 14 months later it quit working. It took almost 3 months for them to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate for $4400. My expectations are that contractors stand behind their work. Flo-Aire clearly does not.

This place is FANTASTIC! Our A/C broke probably at the same time as everyone else in San Antonio and Desiree was so very helpful and friendly on the phone. They came out and fixed it within the hour and I'm so very pleased. Thank you so much!
