Clean Air Heating & Air Conditioning

I am a new customer to Clean Air. Trey Cortez was the technician who serviced my units. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He listened carefully to the issues I was having and addressed all of my concerns. I will continue to call on Clean Air to service my units, and I will specifically ask for Trey!

Pete spent a lot of time figuring out what was wrong. It was not easy to diagnose why our heat had suddenly stopped . Turned out to be a nonworking part that was still under warranty. As was during the coldest weather the winter, we were very very happy.

I called Clean Air a month ago to do a AC cooling load calculation. I am a repeat customer and had no problems in the past. I arranged to work from home the day of our appointment and the guy doesn't show up. I call and he says he mixed up the dates and came over an hour and a half late. He does the measurements and tells me he'll have a proposal in a week. I am serious about replacing my system and I have high end requirements such as independent zones, smart appliance features, perhaps using a ductless system, etc. A week goes by and no word. I call and he says the guy who does the calculation had a death in the family and it will be another week. I get it, life happens. Wait another week, no word. Call and told he will call me back. Doesn't. Another week, call again, doesn't return my call. Another week, no answer. Geez. I'm trying to give this company over 10K of business and they totally blow me off and are totally unapologetic. I will never give them my business again. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!

Clean Air was great. They replaced one of our units at a fair price. They brought out a portable AC unit until our AC was fixed. They were extremely thorough. The service was wonderful, and the technicians were professional.

Clean Air does a great job and I have complete confidence in them! Their staff is so pleasant and great to work with!

I asked one of their technicians to service my HAC system. He was on time, checked the system, explained it's condition and the cost was very reasonable. A good reliable company.

Clean Air is the Best. I have used them for 16 years. No problems. They are always there when needed.
